Application of alumium alloyed die casting PVC plastic pipe cutter:
Aluminum allpyed PVC plastic pipe cutter is a tool used to cut plastic pipes made of materials such as PVC, PPR, PU, PE, PP, etc. It generally consists of a blade, handle, spring, buckle, etc. Some do not have a spring, while others have a ratchet added.
Operation method of lumium alloyed die casting PVC plastic pipe cutter:
1. Select a suitable size pipe cutter based on the size of the pipe, and note that the outer diameter of the pipe should not exceed the cutting range of the corresponding pipe cutter;
2. When cutting, first mark the length to be cut, then place the pipe into the holder and mark it, then align it with the blade.
3. Place the aluminum alloyed die casting PVC pipe in the position corresponding to the cutting edge. Hold the pipe with one hand and press the cutting knife handle with the other hand. Use the lever principle to squeeze and cut the pipe until the cutting is completed.
4. After cutting, the incision should be checked for cleanliness and obvious burrs.
Precautions for the use of PVC plastic pipe cutter:
1. Select an appropriate specification of pipe cutter based on the diameter of the cutting pipe to avoid the minimum distance between the blade and the roller being less than the minimum cutting pipe size of the cutter, which may cause the slider to detach from the main guide rail.
2. When using, a small amount of lubricating oil should be added to the moving parts of the pipe cutter and the surface of the cut pipe to reduce friction.
