Application
The tube bender is one of the bending equipment and is a special tool for bending copper pipes. It is suitable for the use of aluminum-plastic pipes, copper pipes and other pipes, so that the pipes can be bent neatly, smoothly and quickly. Manual pipe bender is an indispensable tool widely used in various industries such as construction, auto parts, agriculture, air conditioning and power industry. It is suitable for copper pipes and aluminum pipes with different bending diameters.
Operation Instruction/Operation Method
1. Hold the forming handle of the tube bender or fix the tube bender on the vise.
2. Lift the slider handle.
3. Place the pipe in the forming tray slot and fix it in the forming tray with a hook.
4. Put down the slider handle until the "0" mark on the hook is aligned with the 0 ° position on the forming disk.
5. Rotate the slider handle around the forming disk until the "0" mark on the slider is aligned with the required degree on the forming disk.
Precautions
1. Before using the tube bender, carefully check whether all parts are complete and intact.
2. When using, first put the pipe on the rotary table, then pull the hand wheel of the fan-shaped manual pipe bender to the required angle (generally clockwise), and then press the handle down to bend the pipe.
3. After each use, the tools shall be wiped clean and put back into the toolbox for safekeeping.
4. It is strictly prohibited to directly contact the heating rod and power cord with hands to avoid electric shock!
5. This product is only applicable to the bending processing of metallic materials. Please do not use this equipment to bend the edges of non-metallic soft materials.
6. Please do not arbitrarily change the structure.
