Application of hole saw:
Hole saws are widely used in pipeline construction, the most important of which is used for pipeline plugging construction. Precaution when use hole saw set:
1. Select the hole saw that is suitable for the hole material. Different materials are used to make holes. The requirements for the sawtooth material and the number of teeth of the hole saw are different. We should choose the hole saw that is most suitable for our material;
2. Select the appropriate speed according to the recommendations of the hole saw. Different materials, hardness, and thickness have different requirements for the speed of the hole opener when opening holes, so the best speed requirements can be obtained. And each hole opener package is attached with a tachometer and instructions. Please read carefully and use according to the requirements;
3. It is recommended to choose imported percussion drill and electric hand drill.
4. Do a good job of safety protection. When installing and disassembling the hole saw, be sure to disconnect the power supply first. When opening holes, be sure to wear protective masks or goggles. Long hair workers must coil up and tighten their long hair, preferably with a work cap.
