Application
The PU foam gun is generally used to inject canned polyurethane into the gaps and holes that need to be filled, sealed and bonded, so that the foaming agent can play the role of sealing and bonding after rapid foaming and curing. If a can of foaming agent needs to be filled after use, the empty can should be removed immediately, and the foaming agent should be reinstalled for construction. After the construction is completed, the can should be removed in time, and a special detergent should be used to clean the foam dispensing gun, so as not to block the gun barrel and damage the spray foam gun after the residue hardens.
How to use spray foam gun?
1. Shake the tank with foaming agent for 1 minute before use.
2. Clean and wet the construction surface before construction.
3. Connect the tank material upside down with the connecting valve of the foaming gun body, and turn the regulator counterclockwise to limit or limit the flow of foaming agent output.
4. When the foaming agent in the material tank is used up and needs to be replaced, shake the new tank up and down for one minute, then remove the empty tank and quickly install the new material pipe.
5. When cleaning the foam gun body, after removing the residues inside and outside the gun, keep part of the cleaning agent in the gun body to block the channel with the residues left in the gun body.
6. When the construction is blocked in a small gap, the plastic sharp nozzle tube can be selected and installed on the nozzle.
7. When the sharp nozzle tube is used, it should be removed and cleaned for next use.
