Application
Rotary tube cutter is widely used for cutting copper pipe, aluminum pipe and plastic pipe, which is durable and not easy to be damaged.
Operation Instruction/Operation Method
1. Rotate the handle and place the pipe between the cutter and the roller bearing. At this time, please extend the pipe beyond the roller bearing, and the excess length should be greater than the width of the roller bearing
2. Rotate the handle. When the cutter is in contact with the pipe, rotate the handle 1 / 4 turn in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig. 1, and rotate the body 1 turn to make a circle of cut marks on the pipe surface.
3. After that, slowly rotate the handle (the handle rotates about 1 / 8 turn for each rotation of the body), and slowly cut in until it is cut off.
Note: if the pipe cutting speed is too fast, the pipe may be deformed and the blade life may be shortened.
