Application of pipe wrench:
Pipe wrenches are generally used to grip and rotate steel pipe workpieces. Widely used in oil pipeline and civil pipeline installation. Clamp the pipe so that it turns to complete the connection.
Operation Method Of Aluminum Pipe Wrench:
1. Adjust the appropriate distance between the jaws to adapt to the pipe caliber, to ensure that the jaws can jam the pipe.
2. Generally, the left hand should be held on the oral part of the pliers, with a little force, and the right hand should be held on the end of the handle of the pipe pliers as far as possible, and the torque should be longer.
3. Press down hard with the right hand to tighten or loosen the pipe fittings.
Precautions when use pipe wrench:
(1) When using pipe pliers, check whether the fixed pin is firm, and whether the handle and head of the pliers are cracked. Cracks are strictly prohibited.
(2) When the end of the pliers handle is higher than the user's head during use, do not use the method of front pull to pull the pliers handle.
(3) Pipe pliers can only be used to tighten and disassemble metal pipes and cylindrical parts.
(4) Do not use pipe wrench as a hand hammer or crowbar.
(5) When loading and unloading pipe fittings on the ground, one hand should hold the head of the pipe pliers, one hand should press the handle of the pliers, the finger should be stretched flat to prevent finger squeezing, the head of the pipe pliers should not be reversed, and the operation should be used clockwise.
