Application
Cable cutter are widely used in emergency repair, detection and construction in the power industry, as well as in shipbuilding, heavy industry, hydropower projects in various substations and construction sites, railways, drilling and cable laying. Applicable to aluminum cable, copper cable and various cable wires: 70mm² multi-core wire, 16mm²single core wire and 70mm² soft copper wire can be cut. Not suitable for cutting steel wire and steel core cable.
Operation Instruction/Operation Method
1. Before use, we should check whether the screws at each part of the cable cutter are loose. Once found, it can not be used temporarily. When using, we should separate the two handles of the cable cutter to the greatest size.
2. After the preparation work is completed, we need to adjust the position of the cable cutter. We need to discharge the cut cable or other cables to the position of the bable cutter. When adjusting, remember that the position of the cable cutter should be kept at the same size, and the action should not be too large, otherwise the final cutting will be affected.
3. Finally, the cutting action is carried out. The two hands that bring the closing power work hard like the middle at the same time, and then the cable can be cut.
4. After completing the operation required by the whole work, in order to ensure the performance and service life of the cable cutter, we need to maintain the cable cutter. It is to wipe after use, and then apply grease on the surface and put it in a clean and dry place.
