Application of heavy duty wire rope cutter :
This heavy duty wire rope cutter is mainly used for cutting steel wire rope, and can also cut copper and aluminum core cables. It can cut multi-strand steel wire rope up to 10mm.
Operation method of the wire rope cutter:
1. Before use, we should check whether the screws at each part of the wire rope cutter are loose. Once found, they can not be used temporarily. When using, we should separate the two poles of the wire rope cutter to the maximum extent.
2. After all the preparations are completed, we need to adjust the edge of the wire rope cutter, that is, the position of the cutter. We need to discharge the cut cable or other cables to the position of the cutter edgge. When adjusting, keep in mind that the position of the wire rope cutter should keep the same size, and the action should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the final cutting.
