Precautions for use of glue gun:
1. It is forbidden to pull out the glue stick in the glue gun during the preheating of the glue gun.
2. The temperature of the nozzle of the hot melt glue gun and the melted glue bar is high during operation, and the human body should not touch them.
3. When the glue gun is used for the first time, the electric heating element will emit slight smoke, which is normal and will disappear automatically after ten minutes.
4. It is not suitable to work under the direct blowing of cold air, otherwise it will reduce efficiency and power loss.
5. When it is used continuously, it is not allowed to press the trigger forcefully to try to squeeze out the sol that will be completely melted in the future, otherwise it will cause serious damage.
6. It is not suitable for bonding heavy objects or objects requiring strong adhesion. The quality of the objects used will directly affect the function of the sol gun and the quality of the working objects.
7. When the glue gun is working, it is not allowed to turn the nozzle upwards to avoid the glue gun being damaged by the glue pouring caused by the melting of the glue bar.
8. In the process of use, if it is necessary to put it for 3-5 minutes before use, turn off the switch of the glue gun or unplug the power supply to prevent the melted glue stick from dripping.
9. After use, if there are remaining glue sticks in the glue gun, the glue sticks need not be taken out, and can be directly used by plugging in the power supply for next use.
10. Replace the glue stick: when one glue stick is about to be used up, the remaining glue stick need not be pulled out, and the new glue stick can be inserted from the gun end to the contact position of the remaining glue stick.
