The China Import and Export Commodity Fair is commonly known as the Canton Fair. It is now the 133rd edition. Our company participates in every issue, and the 133rd Canton Fair from April 15th to April 19th this year has ended. Now let's review and summarize:
Our company's participation this time is mainly to meet old customers, deepen cooperation, and meet new customers to expand our international market. Appear together with our domestic peers to expand our HEXON influence and brand effect both domestically and internationally.
At this Canton Fair, our company met with a long-standing client, Paulo from Brazil , Italian customer Daniele, Korean customer CW, Mexican customer TP, and Polish customer Kasia, total of 5 regular customers.
Implementation status of the exhibition plan:
1. Samples preparation:
Only one tools booth was obtained this time, so the exhibits are limited. We prepared a month in advance, so the preliminary preparation was relatively smooth. All exhibits have been packed before the fair.
2. Transportation of exhibits:
Due to being handed over to a logistics company recommended by the government, despite a one day advance notice for exhibition arrangement, the exhibits pf pliers, hammers, screwdrivers and wrenches were still transported to the designated location before the scheduled date, so the transportation was very smooth. All samples were already delivered to our booth before our company started the fair arrangement.
3. Location selection:
The location of this booth is relatively acceptable, and it has been arranged in the tools hand hardware hall on the third floor of Hall 15. This floor of the hall is filled with units from the same industry, which can receive customers and understand the current trends of the industry.
4. Booth design:
As usual, we have adopted a decoration plan with three white trough boards and three red connected cabinets on the front. The trough boards are hung with the samples we brought, making the design simple and elegant.
5. Exhibition personnel organization:
Our company has 3 exhibitors and 2 new certificates have been issued within the designated time. During the fair, our spirit and work enthusiasm were all very good.
6. Schedule:
Due to a temporary notice, the exhibition was arranged one day in advance. Although the flight was scheduled for April 11th, it was cancelled and the departure date was changed to April 12th. Although there were some slight setbacks, our company staff managed to complete the exhibition arrangement on the evening of April 12th. Accommodation options include a designated hotel in Nantong, which is relatively quiet in the surrounding area. There are shuttle buses available during the fair, which is very convenient. Avoided the peak period of the fair.
7. Process follow-up:
Prior to this Canton Fair, we notified the customers via email that they had arrived as scheduled. The old customers came to visit our booth and expressed satisfaction and joy. After meeting, it will give customers more confidence to cooperate with us and establish more stable cooperative relationships with domestic procurement agents and customers. There were basically no major issues throughout the entire process, although there were minor twists and turns, which basically achieved the expected effect of the Canton Fair. At this exhibition, we received nearly 100 guests from around the world and hapreliminary discussions on business products. Some have already reached future cooperation intentions, and some businesses are currently being followed up.
8. Dismantling:
All the cartons used this time are packaged in convenient packaging and transported to the designated location. Everything went smoothly.
Through the entire fair process, we have gained some experience and gained a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of our peers, the scale of exhibitions, and the industry situation.
