Application of hydraulic crimping tool:
The hydraulic crimping tool is widely used in power, communication, petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, shipbuilding and other industries. It has the advantages of good shearing effect, simple and fast operation.
Operation Instruction Of Hydraulic Cable Crimper:
1. Press several times before use to check whether the cutter head is aligned or misaligned.
2. When cutting round steel, the element steel must be placed parallel to the cutter head. If the round steel is found to tilt to the side during cutting, the cutting should be stopped immediately and the parallel should be placed again, otherwise the cutter head will be broken.
3. When the crimping tool head retracts, loosen the oil return screw, and the tool head retracts automatically. When the tool is not in use, the oil return screw must be tightened and then compressed four times to store a certain pressure in the oil cylinder to avoid oil leakage at the piston.
4. The operation must be carried out according to the instructions. Non-professional maintenance personnel cut iron and hit it hard to avoid damage to the cutting pliers and their normal use.
5. This hydraulic cable crimper needs to be kept by a special person. Do not bump or hit the same tool, to avoid damage to the cutting pliers and not to use them normally.
Precautions when using hydraulic crimper:
When crimping, the reinforcement is perpendicular to the middle of the cutting edge, and the inclination or deviation of the placement position can easily lead to the blade cracking. The correct use method can increase the service life of the blade.
