Application
The striping plugs is ideal for all types of car tire repairs.
Operation method
A. First remove the foreign matters on the leaking tire.
B. Use the thread drill to rotate back and forth and pierce into the rolled point to expand the pierced hole.
C. Prepare the tire repair rubber strip, cut off the points properly, and use the fork drill to clamp the rubber strip and apply the glue.
D. Insert the leak hole forcibly with the large hole force previously drilled.
E. Slowly rotate the fork drill to pull out the fork head.
F. Use a knife to cut the part of the rubber strip exposed on the outside of the tire, thus completing the whole tire repair procedure.
Precautions of using tire strips
1. The hole breaking direction must be detected with a spiral needle to ensure that the insertion direction and position of the rubber strip are consistent with the direction of penetration. Otherwise, air leakage will occur. For example, the angle between the hole breaking direction and the tread is 50 °, and the insertion of the spiral needle should also follow this angle.
2. After confirming that the rubber strip is sufficient to penetrate the tire, rotate the fork pin to insert it into the hole, and rotate the rubber strip for one circle (360 °).Pull it out to ensure that the rubber strip is squeezed and broken and forms a rotating knot in the tire to avoid air leakage.
3. In case of deep inclined hole wound, the length of the rubber strip must be ensured to ensure that the rubber strip can penetrate the tire.
