Application
Cup wire brush is applicable to all living and working fields: large area derusting, derusting, deburring of metal and non-metallic materials, and removing dirt and hard scale on weld joint surface.
Method of using cup brush:
1. Please use the specified safety shield for operation, wear protective work clothes, safety mask and protective gloves.
2. Check whether the main machine (pneumatic and electric) solid, portable polishing machine and the supporting steel wheel are consistent.
3. Please use the wire wheel within the allowable safety factor linear speed range.
4. When installing a new steel wheel, it should be rotated for 3 minutes in order to throw away the remaining broken wires around the product. In use, it shall not be impacted by excessive force, and it shall maintain a long service life to avoid danger.
