Material and process:
The plier jaw is made of CRV/ CR-Mo alloyed steel, and the forged plate is selected carbon steel. After the overall heat treatment, the hardness is strengthened and the torque is increased. The cutting edge can be cut after high frequency quenching.
Design:
Use 3 rivets design, through rivets connected to fix the clamp body, so that the connection of the vise is more tight, the service life can be extended. Pointed and long nosejaw design: can pick up objects in a small space.
Equipped with adjusting screw and release rtrigger, labor-saving connecting rod, screw has knurled, release trigger can be operated with one hand, easy and convenient and has large clamping force.
