Tips:precautions for seed hole sowing:
1. Seeds that have not undergone disinfection treatment are more or less contaminated with different bacteria and molds. Under humid, warm, and poorly ventilated underground conditions, seeds that come into contact with each other can easily cause mutual infection of bacteria and molds, leading to an increase in disease seedlings and even the moldy decay of whole hole seeds.
2. After seeds are sown in the ground, absorbing sufficient water is the primary condition for their germination. For plots with poor soil moisture, if there are too many seeds squeezed together, competing for water will inevitably cause an extension of the water absorption process and the emergence time.
3.Due to differences between individual seeds, the speed of germination also varies. After the seeds that emerge quickly lift the soil, other seeds that are in the water absorption stage or have just germinated are exposed to the air, which can easily lose water and air dry, affecting the germination rate.
4、 After the seedlings are fully grown, several seedlings are squeezed together to compete for light, water, and nutrients, forming slender and weak seedlings. 5、 Due to the close proximity, the roots between the seedlings are connected together, and the plants that need to be pulled out during seedling spacing can easily carry the remaining plants, resulting in missing or damaged roots and affecting development progress. Therefore, when sowing in holes, do not have too many seeds and maintain a certain distance to ensure that crops emerge early, evenly, and strong.
